What styles of underwear did you wear during your college years, and do you still prefer those same styles today?

BoxerBriefs, and that dates all the way back to Junior High. I switched from briefs, because the ones I had were uncomfortable. Turns out, after going back to them recently, it wasn't the briefs that were uncomfortable, it was the material and stitch-work. BoxerBriefs & BoxerShorts are just more a fad put out by society (especially in the US) that was more of "if you don't wear this, you're not cool".

Some are comfy, some are erotic, some are just athletic brands, and few are two or three of those things. One key thing that a several of those have in common, is that they have adequate pouch room AND support.

How important is the fabric or material in your underwear choices, and which one do you love the most (e.g., cotton, mesh, silk)?

Comfort is a key priority. A softer high thread count or microfiber is better than something that's a stiffer/rougher or low thread count.

Cotton or cotton blend microfibers are nice. Bamboo/Rayon isn't too bad either.
I absolutely love Spandex, Nylon, Polyester, Lycra, even a blend of them together.

I'm more for solids than complex patterns.
Cyan, Teal, grey/gray, and black are my go-to colors.

For the rear: a jockstrap & thong combo, the best of both worlds
